So I found a great way to make the newspaper more fun- Sharpie! I've seen other artist do some incredible work using newsprint and I thought hey, why not? There wasn't really much interesting to read about on this particular page anyways so I grabbed a Sharpie quickly drew in some basic lines. The added shadows were done via Prismacolor grey toner marker and really help breath some life into it. This was just a little piece for fun, but it gave me a really good idea for a larger project!
