Trying to catch up on emails today and getting some odds and ends done in between to keep making progress- At the moment im re touching some of the highlights on the 59 Cadillac painting.After the 1st round of varnish the colors and contrast came up a lot, and since im getting ready for final varnish this is the best time to get in any last little bits. 59 De Soto Painting Part 5

Makin more progress on the 59 De Soto painting- was a little tough, but I really wanted to get the tail lights and fin reflection into the top of the bumper. Just down to some last little bits, highlights and it'll be finished. I've spent a bit more time on this one then the last few, and it's been totally worth it!

I hope everyone had a good holiday weekend! Here's the progress on the 1959 De Soto piece- pretty much have all the upped details down, some more will be donevery last. Meanwhile today is all about the massive bumper then putting down those finishing details

Getting started on a new 16"x20" painting today featuring a very cool 1959 De Soto tail light section- I've got the basic body tones down so now I can start on the fin trim and tail lights

NEW Custom Car Art for Sale on eBay!

I've got 2 new original pieces for sale on eBay starting at only $100! The 1st piece is titled "Straight-8" and features a 1953 Buick which was the last production year of the Straight 8 motor. If you look closely you can see the 8 pistons hidden into the perspective. The 2nd piece is titled "Dual Bullet" and features the only Cadillac to have the dual bullet tail lights- the 1959 Cadillac. Both pieces are originals and were done completely freehand using Sharpie Markers on 18"x24" paper- NO rulers were used.
